The Local Plan Review		The Local Development Framework
The implementation of the Adopted Ashfield Local Plan (2002). This regulates the use of land by balancing the needs of housing, employment, commercial and leisure development against the need to protect the urban and rural environment.		The Local Development Framework, a portfolio of local development documents which will provide the framework for delivering the spatial stategy for the area.
