Flytipping Prosecution
||A woman who deposited ten black refuse sacks of general household waste on Hardwick Lane, Sutton in Ashfield has been fined a total of £265.
Lisa Doxey (32), of 46 Nesbitt Street, Sutton in Ashfield, pleaded guilty to the offence of flytipping at Mansfield Magistrates Court on Wednesday, 10th October, 2007.
The Court heard how Doxey had committed the offence on or around the 12th of March, 2007.
Although she stated she was sorry for her actions and the inconvenience caused, magistrates imposed a £200 fine with £50 costs and £15 victim’s surcharge.
