COUNCILLOR TOSELAND TO OPEN NEW ASDA PHARMACY

||
DATE: 10th September 2007

Ashfield District Council Chairman, Councillor Harry Toseland, was first in the queue to have his blood pressure taken when the brand new pharmacy opened at the ASDA store in Sutton in Ashfield this morning (Monday, September 10th).

Accompanied by his Lady, Mrs Jean Toseland, the Chairman checked out the new facilities before having his blood pressure checked.

The new department is open for 100 hours every week, including being available until 11.00pm every weekday night, as part of ASDA’s commitment to being accessible for the people of Sutton in Ashfield and surrounding areas, outside of traditional pharmacy opening times.

The new ASDA Sutton in Ashfield pharmacy will be open from 8.00am until 11pm on Mondays; from 7am until 11pm Tuesday to Friday; 7am until 10pm on Saturday; and from 10am until 4pm on Sunday.
