The proposal follows several years of consultation highlighting that the Selston and Underwood area is in need of facilities for young people.

Funding has been made available through the district’s successful bid to the Big Lottery’s Children’s Play programme and if sufficient support is received it is hoped the project could go ahead this summer.

The event is to be held at Selston Parish Hall on Mansfield Road, between 3.15pm and 7.00pm.

Visitors are welcome to drop in to discuss the proposals, make suggestions and vote whether they support the project.
