National Customer Service Week runs between October 6th and 10th, and at Ashfield there will be plenty of events for the public to get involved in.

On Tuesday (Hucknall), Wednesday (Sutton) and Thursday (Kirkby and Selston), specialist officers from across the Council will be working in the Customer Service Points offering customers advice and information.

There will also be a chance for residents to go “Backstage with Customer Services”,  where they can see how the Customer Service Teams handle enquiries and service requests – and what happens to them.

And on Friday, members of the Senior Management Team and Cabinet will be carrying out their corporate objectives by

• Listening to the customer
• Caring about the Service they require and
• Delivering it!
