This free event, organised by Ashfield District Council Arts Development, promises to be an enjoyable occasion and includes: a display of maypole dancing with children from the Kirkby Woodhouse Primary School, the Ripley Morris Men, art and craft activities, a circus skills workshop, ‘Sure Start’, local voluntary and conservation groups, a schools choir performance with children from the Morven Park Primary School and contributions from Nottinghamshire Police and Fire and Rescue Service.
