Then you need to get involved with VOX FACTOR!

This is a music project which is taking place across north Nottinghamshire aimed at giving young people their voice, or to be precise, their SINGING VOICE!

Young people will have their chance to 'find their style' working alongside professional artists to have a go at singing styles such as pop, R&B, gospel, rock and more as well as songwriting.

Throughout the project there will be performance opportunities at Festivals and accreditation through the Arts Award.

Come along to the weekly workshop sessions taking place at the Hucknall Interchange every Tuesday starting 12th January 2010 at 6pm.

The project will run in to next summer and all young people will get the chance to sing, write their own song and develop their own VOX FACTOR.

All the workshops are free to young people.

The project is funded by YOUTH music, Nottinghamshire County County Council, Ashfield District Council, Bassetlaw District Council, Mansfield District Council and Newark and Sherwood District Council.
