And in contrast to Saturday, the event on Sunday 9th August is completely unticketed, so you and the family can just stroll down to Sutton’s Lawn Park and enjoy everything that’s on offer.

All the traditional attractions will be there, including a packed Main Arena Programme action with the ever popular “It’s a Knockout”, Birds of Prey display, the amazing Titan Robot and Wildlife Displays.

Over on the music stage, no less than 14 local young bands will be playing throughout the day as part of the BLAST Festival 2009. If you want to spot the stars of the future, this is the place to be!

In addition to the music stage there will also be a Big Top tent featuring a great mix of live music between 11.00am and 5.15pm.

Add all this to the stalls, horticulture and funfair and you will see that the Ashfield Show really is the BEST free Show in the Region.

Visitors are asked to note that due to licensing restrictions, the showground will be a no-alcohol zone for the entire Sunday event. There will be no bars on site and alcohol found on persons will be confiscated.
