The Ashfield Aim Higher Scheme links talented, local university students with local employers to undertake a structured business project during the summer vacation. The undergraduates bring valuable skills and knowledge, helping to contribute to better business performance and improving competitive advantage.

Project placements are flexible and diverse and may be centred around e-commerce, marketing, public relations, design, performance management, energy efficiency and many more.

Many Ashfield businesses have already signed up to the Scheme and are looking forward to taking their project ideas forward with the help of a high calibre undergraduate bringing a fresh perspective.
