Do you play a brass, woodwind or percussion instrument, or did in the past? Maybe you've got one languishing up in the attic, but haven't had the opportunity to play in a band?
Do you play a brass, woodwind or percussion instrument, or did in the past? Maybe you've got one languishing up in the attic, but haven't had the opportunity to play in a band?
If the answer is ‘yes’ then why not come along to this half day workshop especially designed for players of all abilities.
The workshop will take place on Sunday 2nd October from 2.00pm - 5.30pm at the Festival Hall, Kirkby-in-Ashfield.
It’s a great chance to meet other players and make music. Sheet music will be sent out in advance in order to give participants the chance to look at the notes before the day.
The workshop will culminate in a short performance to family and friends. The experienced musical director Chris McDouall will be leading the day, so you will be in good hands.
