Ashfield Show Gets Ready To Rock
||With less than two months remaining, everybody is eager to find out who will headline this years 33rd Ashfield Show on Saturday 13th August.

Preparations are well under way to make the East Midlands largest free community event go with a bang and the headlining star is due to be announced in the next coming weeks.
The evening show promises to have something for everybody and as Take That fever hits the country once again, fans in Ashfield can get a taste of the fab five in action with the Greatest Take That Tribute.
Glee fans are also in for a treat, thanks to an afternoon performance of all the Glee tunes performed by tribute act, The Glee Club.
Visitors will also be able to enjoy a whole host of family entertainment throughout the day and evening on the main arena, performance stage and throughout the grounds including:
- The East Midlands Trains Main Stage - a range of daytime and evening performers showcasing some of the best local and international talent.
- Main Arena - a variety of acts for all the family performing throughout the day.
- Festival Circus - After last year's event The Festival Circus are back by popular demand!
- Fun Fair - The fun fair is back this year with even more fun and thrills!
- Crafts and stalls - Take time to look around at all the stalls at this year's event including the revamped craft tent.
- Bob Hogg's Sheepdog and Duck Display - a family friendly display team.
- Dance Divaz - offering the coolest choreographed dance moves to the hippest tunes!
- Jamie Squibb Freestyle Stunt Team - Stunt and motorcycle display team.
- Chariots of Fire - Horse stunt team.
- Eagle and Vulture Display Team - Professionally trained eagle and vulture handlers that always impress the crowd.
In
addition there will also be a food court, a licensed bar area, the annual horticulture tent and much more.
The highlight
for many is the ever-popular live music stage and Saturday evening concert, rounded off with a spectacular firework display
at 9pm.
