Nominate Now For The Best Of Ashfield Awards 2012

The Best of Ashfield's citizens will be honoured during the Council's Civic Event at Portland College next spring.

Nominations were launched this week by the Chairman of Ashfield District Council, Cllr. May Barsby, who said: “These awards recognise the hidden stars of Ashfield – people who would not normally be nominated for awards, but who play a vital role in supporting their community”.

So if you know an unsung hero, community champion or great volunteer – why not nominate them for one of the these prestigious awards.

You can nominate now for the following categories: Community Groups, Business of the year and Citizen of the Year.
