Young People To Get Zumba Fit!

Young people are being offered the chance to take part in a six week Zumba fitness programme for free.
Ashfield District Council in partnership with Sure Start, Everyone Active and Sport Nottinghamshire will be a delivering the programme at Festival Hall, Kirkby-in-Ashfield funded by Sportivate.

Sportivate is a Sport England campaign to provide opportunities for teenagers and young adults to receive no less than six weeks of coaching in the sport of their choice and guide them into regular participation within their community.

The sessions will take place on Fridays at 10.30 – 11.30 beginning on 4th November, 2011 for 6 weeks.

The sessions will be free of charge to attend and a free crèche will be available for anyone needing childcare.

Numbers will be limited and priority will be given to 16-25 year olds. Participants will need to book in advance. Discounts and incentives will also be available for participants attending all six sessions.
