||When we have worked out your Benefit claim, we will send you a decision letter to tell you how much you will get and how you
will be paid. This will also show the information we have used to work out your Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit.
If you do not understand our benefit decision or you want to know more about benefits, please contact us and our staff will be pleased to help you. We will send you a 'Statement of Reasons' explaining how we have worked out your benefit if you ask for this.
