How can I claim Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit?
||If you are under 60 years of age and you get either:
- Income Support
- Job Seeker's Allowance (income or contributions based) or
- Incapacity Benefit
You can get a claim form from Job Centre Plus. Please fill in the form and send it back to us with original documents as proof of your income.
If you are aged 60 or over, you can get a claim form through the Pension Service.
If you do not fall into one of the above groups, you will need to get a claim form from us.
