How can I claim Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit?

If you are under 60 years of age and you get either:

You can get a claim form from Directgov (pdf, 179 KB). Please fill in the form and send it back to us with original documents as proof of your income.

If you are aged 60 or over, you can get a claim form through the Pension Service.

If you do not fall into one of the above groups, you will need to get a claim form from us.
