The Council seeks to adopt a flexible approach to lettings, with the length of lease being negotiable and, where appropriate, including break clauses.

A database on currently available industrial, office and retail property is maintained by the Council’s Regeneration Section. It provides an initial source of information to new or established business on what units are available in the district. Searches are based on the type of property and the size required.
