The Property Search is a free and easy-to-use tool to help you locate suitable properties or sites within the Ashfield District Council area.

The site offers the ability to search by Property Type, Size, Tenure and Location and returns a list of properties matching your requirements. From the search results list you can, by registering, view the full details of all the properties – including cost, full description, property agent contacts and photographs (if available).

You can save any searches or properties in which you are interested to a “Basket” and then enquire, direct to the Economic Regeneration Team at Ashfield District Council about a saved search and any of your saved properties. A member of the team will contact you upon receipt of your enquiry.

Self contained office space in Kirkby-in-Ashfield and Sutton-in-Ashfield is available to rent, office sizes range from 12.5 sq m to 28.5 sq m. These offices are aimed at start-up and expanding small businesses in the area. Each office is fully equipped to move in and start working immediately.

The offices are part of The Business Incubation Network; its aims are to nurture young organizations in the Ashfield area, helping them to reach their full potential during the early stages of development. The Business Incubation Network also provides pro-active support, information and guidance for businesses.
