accommodation for a range of sectors, it offers a strategic position and first class commercial developments.

looking for excellent links with national road networks.Kings Mill Hospital Redevelopment – A

of state-of-the-art hospital facilities for years to come.
Nottingham Express Transit – The Tram, which links
Ashfield to Nottingham, opened in 2004, and is a modern tram system
developed to help ease congestion and enhance the environment. It has exceeded all expectations with over 8.5million passengers
using the service in the first year of operation. This has been assisted through the excellent integrated transport network,
enabling easy access to both bus and rail networks.
The Robin Hood Line – The rail link, which
runs from Worksop to Nottingham through Ashfield, was reopened in 1998. The line is operated
on a Central Trains and provides a link between Worksop in the north of the county and Nottingham in the south via Sutton, Kirkby and Hucknall. It is an important commuter service used by over 3,500 people a day and is
an integral transport link opening up a wide stock of workforce for Ashfield companies and potential investors.
This all adds up to an innovative and creative development
