The refreshed document also identified a number of specific service and organisation priorities which will receive particular focus in 2010/11.

There are:

  4. Refocus services to ensure they satisfactorily address the equality and diversity challenge
  5. Work to improve public satisfaction with the local area by improving service quality to the Council’s customers and enhancing engagement through improved communications
