Gatehouse range incorporating stables, dairy and coach-house. Mid C19, with mid C20 additions. Coursed and square rubble, gabled slate roofs. Ashlar dressing. Chamfered plinths, moulded eaves, shaped coped gables with kneelers. Six ridge stacks, the larger two having octagonal stalks, and single external gable and side wall stacks. Jacobean revival style. Two storeys, twelve bays, L-plan. Windows are mainly cross and mullioned casements. Doors mainly have chamfered four centred arched heads. Most openings have hood moulds.
West side has to the left, carriage openings with arched head, flanked by two keystoned round headed double doorways. To the right, gabled gatehouse with moulded archway with, above it, clock in quatrefoil panel. Above again, octagonal lantern with wind vane.
Flanked by single doors and beyond, single casements.Beyond to the left, two casements and to the left again, casement flanked by single doors. Beyond to the right, two doors alternating with three casements. Above, ten gabled dormers and six casements. Projecting wing, to the right, has gable with single casement on each floor. Return angle has door and two casements.
South side has gable to the left with a casement on each floor. To the right, projecting gable with two casements and above, a casement on each floor. To the right again, single storey wing.Two parallel ranges, with bay window flanked by a casement and a door.
North side has three casements and a door.
East side has off-centre gatehouse with arched opening and wrought iron gates. Above, panel with arms. To the left, canted two storey hipped bay window and regular fenestration with six casements. To the right, six casements and two doors.
Beyond, coach house with off-centre opening, flanked to the left by casement, and to the right by a casement and door. Beyond, single buttresses. Above, to the left, three gables with casements alternating with three casements. To the right, gable flanked to the left by three and to the right by two casements. Beyond, gable flanked by two casements, gatehouse archway has moulded panelled ceiling with arch braces on corbels.
