Annual Monitoring Report for April 2009 - March 2010

AMR 2010The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act (2004) requires the District Council to prepare an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) which will help the Council to understand the wider social, environmental and economic issues affecting the area and the key drivers of spatial change.

The Annual Monitoring Report is part of the Local Development Framework (LDF) and aims to establish what is happening now and what may happen in the future and then compare these trends against existing policies in the LDF to determine whether changes need to be made to the policies to reflect these trends.

The document contains Local and Core Indicators for the year. It also includes additional statistics at Ward level for the areas of Sutton-in-Ashfield, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Hucknall and the villages of Selston, Underwood and Jacksdale.
