Ashfield District Council can now offer all the required searches for a Home Information Pack. If you require a water and Drainage search, a Coal Mining search or a Land Registry Search you can order them online.

From the 1st October 2007 the CR21 form (Common Land and Town or Village Green search) has been abolished. 

The question is now covered by the CON29 O form enquiry 22 and is dealt with by the District Councils.

Home Information Packs

From the 14th Decemeber 2007 all properties being  marketed for sale will require Home Information Pack. You can order the searches required for a HIP from the Land Charges Section.
