The Housing Land Monitoring Study monitors housing land availability and the rate of dwelling completions within Ashfield in April of each year. The reports also provides an overview of housing land development from 1991 to the current year.
It is a requirement for local authorities to assess the accommodation needs of gypsies and travellers. Gypsies and Travellers Accommodation Needs, a study of traveller needs in Nottinghamshire, was published in May 2007.
