Barn and stables, late C18 and early C19. Coursed and squared rubble, dressed stone and brick with pantile roofs, that to barn steep pitched. Single and two storey.

Four bays wide by seven bays deep. L-plan. Barn west gable has external brick and stone steps to central door above.

South side has four doors and above, three casements.

Stables, to east, have four doors alternating with slatted casements. To the right, garage door and beyond, two doors.

This building is in the Kirkby Conservation Area.
