Farmhouse, c1700. Brick, colourwashed, with steep pitched roofs. Coped gables with kneelers. 2 storeys plus garrets, 3 bays. Double range plan Windows are double chamfered mullioned casements and C20 casements.
North side has 2 C20 casements, flanked to left by door and to right by late C19 gabled porch with elliptical arched doorway. Above, small round window flanked by blocked openings.
South side has a similar round window.
East end has 3 casements on each floor, the central ones set higher. Above again, each gable has mullioned casement.
West end has two C20 casements on each floor and a mullioned casement in each gable.
Interior has stud partition and a plank door.
