||Changes to the Planning Application Forms
From 6th April 2008 the National Standard Planning Application Form (1APP) will be the only way of submitting a planning application to all planning authorities in England.
These forms need to be read alongside the validations lists for Ashfield District Council which stipulate what documents are required to ensure your application is valid.
The following forms and notes are in PDF format and require Acrobat Reader to view and print.
You may request the forms from our Development Advice and Control Section by telephoning 01623 457396.
Alternatively you can submit your application online via the Planning Portal. The Planning Portal has specific forms for Ashfield District Council.
The application form you need to complete is dependent upon what you are intending to do, use the information below to select the correct application form.
If you are not sure if you require Planning Permission complete the Householder Development Planning Questionnaire.
The Householder Development Planning Questionnaire can be completed by anyone who wishes to optain the informal opinion of the Authority as to whether a proposed householder development might require formal planning approval.
This questionnaire relates solely to residential properties and not to any flats, or properties with a business use.
