Pre-Application Discussion With Planning Officers
The Council is committed to improving the Development Advice and Control Service we provide. We have found that discussing proposals with our customers before a planning application is submitted has major benefits for everyone concerned.
We can advise you on how to make your application, whether planning permission is likely to be forthcoming, if design changes are necessary etc. We can also assist you if you need to discuss your proposal with other officers in the Council.
