The Planning Committee

||
The Council decides many of the less contentious planning applications by a Delegation Panel comprising the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Planning Committee, the Head of Development Services and the Development Advice & Control Manager.
The Kirkby-in-Ashfield Council Chamber The more complex proposals are referred to the Planning Committee which meets approximately every 4 weeks at the Council Chamber in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. Note that when you view a past planning application, if that application came before Planning Committee (most applications don't) there will be a direct link to reports and minutes where the planning application was discussed.

Who is on the Planning Committee? this link takes you to a list, with contact details, of Members who are on the Planning Committee.
