The following forms and plans are required for applications for commercial developments:

1. The original and three completed and dated copies* of the relevant planning application form, including the appropriate Certificate of Ownership and Agricultural Holdings Certificate.
2. The original and three copies* of Ordnance Survey site plans to 1:1250 scale of the site of the applications. The site should be outlined in red and any other land owned by the applicant edged in blue.**
3. The original and three copies* of drawings and plans showing elevations, floor plans and block plans. All drawings should be to a recognisable scale e.g 1:50, 1:100.**
4. The original and three copies* of a design and access statement.
5. The appropriate planning fee.

* If the application is submitted electronically no additional copies are necessary.

** If submitting your application online, either through the Planning Portal or by e-mailing the Council at planning.admin@ashfield-dc.gov.uk, please use a common graphical format (e.g. .gif, .jpg, .bmp, .png etc) and not proprietary CAD formats.
