The Ashfield Exercise Referral Scheme is an exercise and physical activity programme, aimed at encouraging referred patients in the Ashfeld area, to lead a healthy lifestyle through physical activity and exercise.
MEND (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition ... Do it!) is a programme in Ashfield dedicated to reducing local childhood and family overweight and obesity levels, through a fun packed programme of physical activity and healthy eating sessions.
