Turn over a New Leaf

If you are resolving to quit smoking, the New Leaf Scheme from Nottinghamshire NHS will help you achieve your resolution.

New Leaf is a different approach to giving up smoking. Evidence shows that accessing the New Leaf Service greatly improves a person's chances of successfully quitting smoking and staying stopped.

New Leaf offers smokers as much support as possible to give up, including a 6-8 week Quit Programme which is proven to double your chances of a successful quit attempt; specially trained advisors to give support and information; group and one-to-one counselling; free advice and information on stop smoking aids including all Nicotine Replacement Therapies (NRT) and the prescribed drugs Zyban and Champix.
