Disibility Discrimination Act 1995 Part 3
On the 1st October 2004 the Disibility Discrimination Act 1995 introduced new duties on those who provide services to the public such as retailers, leisure providers, health services and local authorities. The new duties now require them to make reasonable adjustments to the physical environment of their premises. Find out more regarding the DDA Act 1995 at www.drc-gb.org

Windows As Means Of Escape (103k)
From the 1st July 2000 the requirement for means of escape from dwellings has been amended to improve means of escape from all new dwellings and extensions. - BCG017
Building Regulation Regularisation Application (188k)
For works undertaken after the 11th November 1985 you can now apply to building control to regularise the situation and obtain a Regularisation Certificate.
