Opportunity Register
||You will need to formally tender for this project stating the works you would carry out, the projected costings, and your future intentions for the property. If you decide to tender, you will be asked to provide three years of accounts (in the case of companies) or a guarantee from your bank or building society (in the case of individuals), to ensure that you are financially able to carry out the proposed project. You will also be asked to attend an evaluation interview as part of the tender process.
Empty Homes Grant (73KB)
An Empty
Homes Grant may be available to partially support the cost of the proposed work.
Empty Homes Grants are available to
owners of houses that have been empty for
three years or more. The grant is to bring properties up to the decent homes
standard.
The Opportunity Register is also used to pass on details of empty properties & owners, who wish to sell the empty property to individuals or companies interested in buying and bringing these properties back into use.
Details of the property, works needed and a rough idea of the purchase price, will be sent to you, upon request. If you are interested in buying the property, you will need to contact either the owner direct, or contact us for further details.
