Arranging an inspection

Inspections are carried out each weekday from 10.30am. Inspections will be made the same day if requests are received before 10.00am.

Contact the Building Control section to arrange an inspection.

About inspections

We have experienced Officers each with a thorough knowledge of the Building Regulations.

In addition, each officer covers a part of the Ashfield district and has a local knowledge of site conditions.

Different types of inspections are required at different stages of the work being undertaken. Please see "Starting work and giving notices at certain stages" for more information.
