||You should claim as soon as possible.
If you delay claiming, you may lose some benefit. If you don't have all the proof you need to send with your claim form, please don't delay sending the form back. Please send or bring the form in immediately and supply the remaining proof later.
If you bring your completed form to the Revenues Information desk or a district office with all the information needed including original documents proving your income and proof of your identity, a decision will be made on your claim within 14 working days.
