||Changes to the Passport to Ashfield Services Scheme for 2008
The Council is currently reviewing the PASS Scheme to ensure that it continues to offer the right benefits to our customers. As a result we will not be issuing new cards for April 2008 and existing cards holders can continue to use their card until further notice.
As the scheme is based on meeting certain criteria, you may be asked to provide up to date proof of your circumstances when applying for a discount.
If you are no longer in receipt of the following benefits, please return your card to one of our Customer Services Points so that we can remove you from our membership list:
- Income Based Job Seekers Allowance (Not contributions based)
- Income Support
- Working Tax Credit
- Housing Benefit
- Council Tax Benefit
- Full Time Education
- Guaranteed Pension Credit (must be Guaranteed)
- on or awaiting a Government designated Training Scheme
- Dependant partner of qualifying person
Customers who do not have an existing PASS card can still take advantage of discounts by providing proof of receipt of any of the benefits above when applying for a discount.
