Changes to the Passport to Ashfield Services Scheme

The Council is currently reviewing the PASS scheme to ensure that it continues to offer the right benefits to our customers. As a result we will not be issuing new cards from April 2008 onwards.

As the scheme is based on meeting certain criteria, existing cardholders may be asked to provide up-to-date proof of their circumstances when applying for a discount.

If you are no longer in receipt of the following benefits, please return your card to one of our Customer Services Points so that we can remove you from our membership list:

Customers who do not have an existing PASS card can still take advantage of discounts by providing up-to-date proof of receipt of any of the benefits above when applying for a discount.
