Car Park Season Tickets

Quarterly season tickets are available for use in the Council's Public Car Park at:

Market Place, Hucknall
Station Road, Hucknall
Piggins Croft, Hucknall
Yorke Street, Hucknall
Hodgkinson Road, Kirkby-in-Ashfield
Festival Hall, Kirkby in Ashfield

A fee of £50.00 per quarter (inclusive of VAT).

Applications for season tickets should be made on an application form.

1. Fill in the form whilst it is displayed on your computer - you don't need to stay on-line - then print it out. Or print it out and fill in by hand, whichever is easier for you.

2. Sign the form to agree to the conditions set out below.

3. Make out a cheque for £50.00 (fifty pounds) payable to: ASHFIELD DISTRICT COUNCIL

4. Send the completed and signed form together with the cheque to:

Conditions of Season Ticket Issue
The following conditions are to apply to the issuing of season tickets:-

1. The purchasing of a season ticket does not guarantee a parking space will be available at all times.

2. The ticket is only valid in the indicated car park.

3. The ticket will be marked with the vehicle registration number and will only be valid for that vehicle.

4. Holders of season tickets must display the ticket on the inside of the windscreen, whilst in a parking space.

5. Should you change your vehicle, you may transfer the season ticket to your replacement vehicle. The season ticket should be returned to the Central Services Department, Ashfield District Council, Urban Road, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, together with the details of the registration number and make of the replacement vehicle.

6. The purchasing of a season ticket will not entitle the holder to participate in any redeemable voucher system.

7. Season tickets may not be surrendered for a refund.
