Report A Problem Online
||- Abandoned Vehicle - report an abandoned vehicle and we'll get it moved or find its owner.
- Bins and Bin Collection - alert us to missed bins, lost and broken bins, and spillages from bins.
- Bus Shelters - tell us about damage to bus shelters and we'll get them fixed.
- Drains & Flooding - alert us to blocked road gullies, or flooded roads, pavements and properties.
- Dumped Rubbish & Fly-tipping - tell us what has been dumped and where and we'll get it taken away.
- Graffiti & Vandalism - tell us where it is and we'll get it cleaned up or repaired.
- Grounds / Parks Maintenance - for if there's a problem in Ashfield's parks, cemeteries, and open spaces. Perhaps involving dog fouling, grass cutting (or not!), white lining faded on a sports pitch, damage to graves, outbreaks of weeds, litter, or vandalism.
- Name Plates & Street Signs - tell us if these are missing or damaged, or if there is an unlit sign or name plate.
- Potholes - report a pothole hazard in the road or on the pavement and we'll come and fill it in.
- Public Toilets - tell us about dirty, flooded or damaged public toilets and we'll do something about it.
- Roads & Pavements - alert us to faded road markings, obstructions to the highway, mud and spillages, or damaged manhole covers.
- Street Cleansing - tell us about dog fouling, litter, dead animals, silt, damaged street furniture (seats, bins, bollards, that kind of thing) and any syringes, and we'll come and clean it up and make it safe on the street.
- Street Lighting - don't be left in the dark. Report broken and unlit street lights and we'll come and repair them.
- Other Issue - have we thought of everything? Well if not, tell us about any problem not mentioned above (assuming it is something Ashfield District Council can help with of course).

Step 3 - Tell us where the problem is in Ashfield by giving us a road name, address, or description of the location
Step 4 - Give us a description of the problem so we can come prepared
Step 5 - Review the details we've entered and click a button to send us the report
You will immediately be sent an email summarising your report, and then another email from one of our Customer Services Officers when they've put your report into action.
