Policies will generally apply across the whole District, though in some circumstances there may be a need to differentiate between different parts of the District.

All policies will need to conform to the Core Strategy. It is envisaged that the Site Specific Land Allocations and Policies document and the Generic Development Control Policies document will be subject to independent examination at the same time.
